The data you provide to us via maske.studiotanjas.hr, are used exclusively for the provision of individual services and will not be passed on to third parties or otherwise commercially exploited.

The General Terms and Conditions apply to the business relationship between the customer and the company TANJAS, Dravska 10, 33405 Pitomača, Croatia, OIB:69774430750.

The provider (services) undertakes:

– deliver the right type and quantity of goods for the purchase price and payment terms take effect on the day of sending the electronic order,
– deliver goods according to the norms, regulations and rules valid in the EU.



The buyer undertakes:

– pick up the ordered goods correctly, check the integrity of the package, in case of failure to immediately notify the carrier (courier service),
– within 3 days to pay for the goods at the purchase price and in full in accordance with the payment terms valid on the day of sending the order, otherwise the order will be canceled.

Payment and delivery terms

You pay in advance for each ordered product (bank transfer, by payment to a bank account). Delivery time is 1-3 days, plus 1-2 days delivery. If several products are ordered together, in one order, the delivery time is extended to the longest time required for the delivery of each of the individual products. In unforeseen circumstances such as loss of goods by the post office, or damage to the goods, delays in delivery by the courier, the goods may be returned and the buyer will be refunded.

Delivery time is usually 2 to 5 working days. For each product, the expected delivery time is highlighted.

Discounts and promotions

It is not possible to combine multiple promotions or discounts in one order.

Also, a promotion or discount cannot be used by a single customer in multiple orders for the duration of the promotion.

Terms of complaint

In case of delivery of damaged goods, or delivery of defective goods, please notify us within 3 working days of the error. Contact us via e-mail, in which you will write us the order number and description of the complaint.

When sending the advertised goods, it is necessary to enclose a completed return form . We will contact you as soon as possible and your complaint will be processed within the legal deadline.

If the buyer does not meet all the above requirements, the seller is not obliged to comply with legal norms on complaints and complete the process within 8 days.

Complaints are not valid for goods damaged by unprofessional and careless handling. Protect your goods from causes that can damage them, natural elements and weather influences.

Consumer rights related to the seller derive from the Consumer Protection Act NN 41/14 as well as the law passed on a person in the EU regulations Regulation (EC) no. 2006/2004 and Regulation (EU) no. 181/2011.

Personal data should be used in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act NN 106/12 of the Articles of Association used only for business purposes between the seller and the buyer, and will not be passed on to a third party (with the exception of persons transporting goods).
